Così sembra, almeno, da alcuni degli ultimi investimenti di Armani, Versace e Dolce&Gabbana, che hanno dimostrato un significativo interessante nel settore immobiliare: l’ultima maison in particolare ha annunciato due grandi progetti residenziali, localizzati negli Stati Uniti e nella soleggiata Spagna, nonché uno dedicato alla luxury hospitality alle Maldive.
Dolce&Gabbana avvierà le seguenti iniziative grazie al supporto di Jds Development Group, nel caso di Miami, Sierra Blanca Estates, a Marbella, e DarGlobal alle Maldive; ancora inediti sono i dettagli finanziari di ogni progetto, ma la nuova ambizione della maison di certo comporterà investimenti di un certo peso.
